It can be anyone – from the jerk who cuts off on the road or the colleague whose attitude causes the office environment to become negative. That is why it’s essential, especially in these particular moments that we learn to master ourselves. Mastering ourself is an ongoing continuous process that only stops when we die. However, it is an essential tool to become more humane and is most apparent in the way we treat ourselves and the people around us. Like Napoleon Hill said: If you don’t conquer self, you will be conquered by self.
